This policy covers Elevator Legends and the website perejilgames.com, operated by Perejil Games ("we", "us"), based in Chile.

2. What we collect

Elevator Legends does not collect, store or share any personal information. It has no accounts and doesn't use analytics, advertising or crash-reporting services.

Your game progress is stored only on your device. We cannot access it.

3. When you contact us

If you email us or use our support form, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message. We use it only to answer you, and we delete it when it's no longer needed.

4. Apple and the App Store

Downloads are handled by Apple. Apple may collect information according to its own privacy policy, which we don't control.

5. Children

The game doesn't collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

6. Your rights

Under Chilean law (Ley 19.628) and other applicable laws, you can ask to access, correct or delete any information you sent us. Email us and we'll take care of it.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the game ever starts collecting data, we'll update this policy and the App Store privacy label first.
