1. Agreement
By downloading or playing Elevator Legends ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
2. License
Perejil Games gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms of Service.
3. What you may not do
Don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
4. Ownership
The App, its artwork, characters, music and code belong to Perejil Games. These Terms don't transfer any ownership to you.
5. Apple
These Terms are between you and Perejil Games, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
6. No warranty
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be error-free or always available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Perejil Games is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under your local law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
